Amrish Puri original name was Amrish Lal Puri, born on 22nd June in 1932 - death 12th Jan in 2005. his birthplace was in Nawanshahar, Jullundhur -Punjab,
his parents were Mr.Lala Nihal Chand and Mrs.Ved Kaur, Amrish had 4 brother and sister they were - Chaman Puri, Madan Puri, Chandrakanta Puri and Harish Puri.
Amrish Puri was Married, Mrs. Urmila Diveker, they have 2 Children they are Daughter Namrata Puri and son Rajiv Puri.

Death History Of Amrish Puri
Amrish Puri is suffering from myelodysplastic syndrome, a rare type of blood cancer after brain surgery for his condition after being admitted to Hinduja Hospital on 27 December 2004. His condition was a constant need to remove blood clots in the brain region. Brain and after some time he went into a coma. After that very his soul was gone to God at 7 pm on 12 January 2005.
