INTRODUCTION
Nargis Dutt (Born name was Fatema Rasid) was born as a Punjabi Muslim family within the British Indian Empire (now in Kolkata ) of Bengal Presidency, Kolkata, Fatema Rashid(Born name) in 1st June 1929 and she died on 3rd May Of 1981 in Mumbai.

Her father, Abdul Rashid Was at one time Mohanchand Uttamchand ("Mohan Babu"), was originally a Punjabi Hindu Palace Brahmin, the heir to the rich Punjabi of Rawalpindi within the Punjab province, and Mother Was Jaddanbai Hussein she was a singer. She got married to a famous film actor Mr. Sunil Dutt1958. Nargis and Sunil's have three children they are- Sanjoy Dutt, Priya Dutt and Namrata Dutt.

At the age of six, Fatima appeared 1st film Talashe Haq in 1935, and her
action was given to Baby Nargis. Nargis could be a Persian word, which means narcissus, narcissus flower. She was later credited as Nargis in all her films.

Nargis appeared in many films once her debut. She appeared in Mahbub Khan's Taqadir opposite Motilal at the age of seven, and he acted in many Hindi films of the
sixties, like Barsat (1949), Andaz (1949), Jogan and Babul (1950), Awaara (1951), Deedar (1951), Anhonee (1952), Shree 420 (1955), And Chori Chori (1956).
